It was great value for money in contrast to other hotels. Particularly helpful staff and everything well-maintained. Light gorgeous room with a bright bathroom. The hotel was an ideal place for enjoying a stunning area.

The location was fab - just 5 minutes' walk from Galway Bay. The good onsite restaurant had variety of food. No complaints whatsoever, I had a brilliant stay and would return there.

The whole hotel was clean. The rooms were airy, included central heating, a seating area and a writing desk, I liked it. Would recommend this place and would stay here again.
Though everything was perfect, some of the staff were dismissive.

Everything here was wonderful, I will be back. Hotel was clean and appealing. The food was decent, especially meats, fresh bread, bakery and fresh fruit for breakfast. Plenty of supplies in the room: WiFi, climate control and terrace.

The hotel is cozy and in an ABSOLUTELY PERFECT location very close to city centre.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi was kind of slow.

Thanks for an efficient service, would recommend. It's an extremely welcoming hotel with such lovely location and absolutely fabulous rooms. What is useful, free wifi was provided in public areas.

Quite comfortable stay in the downtown area. I loved that the hotel was well decorated and clean enough. I often visited a downstairs bar.

The staff was wonderful and the room was airy, compact. I got free upgrade and liked it. The bed seemed lovely and it was spotless all around.

Breakfast is great and the location is excellent. When I arrived the host was nice. In the evening I visited The Dishes, set easy walk to the hotel.

friendly staff, great breakfast. a wide range of restaurants to eat close by, like kai that was only 5 minutes' walk away. the venue is situated only 1 mile from salthill promenade.

The owner was nice. There was cafe Anton's Cafe, that I found within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel...
